Must to be made in advance. We have no service available right away in the airport without prior appointment.
Payment Methods
Full payment for services must be received prior to service. We accept credit card. Credit cards accepted are: VISA Master card & Pay Pal
All payments are subject to a minimum 15% credit card service charge in the event of cancellation (merchant fees which is not refundable by merchant companies).
WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOREIGN CURRENCY. ONLY USA DOLLAR.
International Orders
For international charges/payments to Honolulu Airport Limo LLC are denominated in US Dollars (US$) when charged.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment for services must be received prior to service. Cancelation notice should be via E-mail only.
A- Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the day of service ( Not tours or stretch limousine reservations ) and will result in a 20% credit card charge.(For stretch limo cancellation must be made one week in advance and reservations which was made within one week before day of service will be no refundable.
B- Cancellations made in a shorter period of time (less than 48 hours prior to the day of service) will result in a 100% charge being incurred /No refund.
C- No shows will incur full charges/NO REFUND.
D- Claims for refunds must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of service.
E- For reservation was made within 48 to pick up time if charge was process. There will be no refund.
Tour and Stretch Limousine Cancellation
Cancellation must be made two weeks prior to your tour date to receive 80% refund. If shorter it will be no refund. You can use the credit without loss for the next 10 years. Reservation which was made within two weeks to the service date are final sell and there will be no refund.
Delay: There will be no delay fees at all if your airplane arrives late for any reason. We will be scheduling your pick-up again. There might be some waiting time for you as you are arriving out of your regular and original time.
REFUND:
All refunds will be credit to your account within 1~ 2 weeks after cancelation date.
Vehicle Replacement:
We reserve the right to send you different vehicle if for mechanical problem or in the events of accident we can not provide your reserve vehicle. You will be not charge if the second vehicle price is higher. But you will receive credit if second service worth less. We will contact you in advance to inform you about this.
